This project involved the full transformation of an underdeveloped site into a refined and functional water feature, designed to complement the surrounding landscape of Hauser & Wirth Somerset.
Starting with initial groundworks, we excavated and shaped the basin to create a balanced and natural-looking form. Careful attention was given to levels, contours, and structural integrity to ensure long-term performance. A high-quality lining system was then installed to provide a watertight seal, followed by the integration of edge detailing and stonework to achieve a clean, natural finish.
The final stages included filling, landscaping, and planting, bringing the space to life and creating a tranquil water environment that enhances both the aesthetic and ecological value of the site. The result is a visually striking and sustainable feature that blends seamlessly into its surroundings while meeting the high standards expected of such a prestigious location.
