The Ivel team were tasked with the job to renovate a natural pool within the grounds of Mendip Crematorium. The team had to work carefully and emphasis was directed towards delivering this project without causing too much disruption to the tranquillity of the crematorium grounds.
The Pond was given a huge ‘under gravel filtration’ system complete with a evo 55 watt uv sterilisation unit. This has ensured crystal clear water. Planting bed were created using submerged gravel beds and pre-established coir logs.
