Formal Water Feature Renovation

The Ivel team were tasked to renovate as well as restore this triple tiered formal water feature in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside. The feature was originally constructed in 90’s and comprised of three pools, each of which were fibre glassed. The feature was filtrated using a bottomed drained clover leaf system that had sadly seen better days. The feature was leaking badly in places so a make over was needed.

The team were given the task of removing the old fibre glass and installing new firestone lining systems using a ‘cut and splice’ technique. The filtration also had a full upgrade and the team installed a completely new pressure piped bottom drain system that was connected to an Evolution Aqua Cetus sieve that then filtered through to a Nexus 320. The system was complimented with a 110w evo uv sterilistion unit. All products can be found in our on-line shop.
